Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects, managing client expectations and overseeing budgets.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, technical, etc.) to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to offer innovative solutions to clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Account Manager or similar role in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media, SEO, PPC, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
